We Now Have An Intermediate Class!!

Spring is right around the corner and if you’ve let your workout slide under the comfort of bulky layers and winter coats,  now is the time to jumpstart a fun, fabulous fitness plan. Session Three Pole Fitness starts Monday April 2 and we are so excited to announce we have an Intermediate Class on the schedule. I am so proud of the ladies who have worked so hard over the last 13 weeks to rock out spins, climbs, transitions and some sexy standing and floor moves and have been dedicated clients of Inversions Pole Fitness. You all mean the world to me and I am so excited to take your pole training to the next level! And for my beginner ladies….wait till you see what’s in store for you over the next five weeks! Session Three registration starts this week. Half down reserves your spot!

Monday April 2 -April 30
Beginner Pole Fit 6-7pm
Intermediate Pole Fit 7-8:15pm

Wednesday April 4 – May 2
Intermediate Pole Fit 7-8:15pm

Thursday April 5-May 3
Beginner Pole Fit 6-7pm
Intro Pole Fit 7-8pm

Saturday April 7-May 5
Beginner Pole Fit 9:15am-10:15am
