Shem Creek
One of our favorites is Mount Pleasant’s popular waterfront dining and drinking district. There is a park and a boardwalk offering panoramic views of the marsh and Charleston Harbor. There are plenty of activities to do, all while taking in breathtaking views. Several bars and restaurants to choose from, all offering a casual atmosphere for dining, drinks, and creek-side socializing. One of our favorites is Tavern and Table. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore Shem Creek even further, you can also paddle board, kayak, take a boat tour, and more! You can’t really run out of stuff to do here, so check it out.
Downtown Charleston
The places to go truly never run out. Take a walk down King Street checking out all the amazing boutiques and restaurants. Your party can take a candle making class at Candlefish, enjoy incredible desserts and cocktails at Carmella’s and hit the town at night at places like Henry’s, The Dispensary or Republic.
Downtown Charleston has a collection of rooftop bars and restaurants that offer beautiful views of the city and waterfront. Check out The Rooftop at Vendue or Pavilion Bar for stunning views and delicious drinks. Looking to dance the night away under the stars? Try Uptown Social for their weekend rooftop DJ’s.
Sullivan’s Island
If you are looking to soak up the sun and relax, Sullivan’s Island is the perfect spot! From long, stunning beaches to delicious restaurants this beach spot can entertain your group all day long. Get dressed up and enjoy a meal at The Obstinate Daughter or grab some Froze to go at The Co-op!
